The year-long renovation project of Berkeley's Hotel Durant is complete!  The 144-room historic hotel is an icon for the University community.  It was built in 1928 and named after the founding president of the University of California.  It was touted as the "Hotel Designed for the Community" and has remained a timeless reflection of pride, local Berkeley charm, and a bit of… well, quirkiness…

Working in Berkeley at this scale has been delightful.  Have a drink.  Grab some food.  Stroll the halls.  Revel in both the storied traditions of counter culture and the contemporary intellect of the university campus scene.
